deleted immediately.
FAQs
Q: What are your service hours?
A: We are here for you Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm (GMT +1, we are
located in Germany).
Q: What delivery times can I expect?
A: As this is an international press mailing, delivery times of up to 14
days should be expected. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but
there can always be delays. This may be caused by changes in the transport
process (e.g. border controls), in international traffic (e.g. cancellation of
previously used flight connections) and also in the delivery in the destination
country (e.g. protection regulations and quarantine measures).
Q: Can I return my items?
A: We always strive to provide our customers with the best quality and
service. Of course, we understand that sometimes complaints may occur. Please
contact our customer service (bmwonlineshop@looping.group) so that we can find
the best individual solution for you.
